Issue Summary

Try to move ( drag and drop) some column is not working and The column stays in in its original place

Steps to Reproduce

1- Create a JQL and make sure you have selected 25 columns to be displayed

2- Run your JQL , Notice that you can move any Visible column

3- Scroll horizontally to see the last column .

4- It is not possible to move this last column

5- Actually a certain number of columns before the last one are affected

6- Issue reproducible on Chrome, Firefox and IE

Expected Results

Column can be moved ( drag and drop)

Actual Results

Not possible to move some columns

Workaround

Reduce the number of columns to be displayed to 20 or less
