Update Jira "Created vs. Resolved" dashboard gadget to include Jira Service Desk team-managed issues

      Currently, the gadget uses the Resolution field to consider an issue as resolved.

      Next-Gen Jira Service Desk projects do not use the resolution field, though, so its issues are not counted towards the Resolved trend, causing the gadget to show inaccurate results.

      Solution: Update the gadget to use Status Categories as well, as NG JSD tickets are considered resolved when they enter a "green" status.
