Issue Summary

Importing worklogs created by users with a different language set in Jira fails.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Import a worklog that was created by a user that has changed their locale/language in Jira (e.g. to "Magyar" (Hungarian)) via CSV.

Expected Results

Import completes successfully with no error messages.

Actual Results

Import completes with errors saying "Unable to import worklog" because it did not pass validation.

Workaround

Change the language of the user that created the worklog to English.
