Allow pagination and searching of options when editing a Select List custom field

      Currently, when editing a Select List custom field's options, Jira will load all options. This will timeout when there are thousands of options.

      With pagination and searching capabilities, we can avoid these errors.

      Workaround:
      Use the Rest API:
