Issue Summary

On Next-Gen projects In the Bread Crumbs on an Issue, the Links to Parent issue cannot be opened in new tab

Environment

• Jira Cloud Next-Gen Projects

Steps to Reproduce

1. In Next-Gen project Navigate to An issue with a parent issue link in breadcrumbs
2. Try to open parent issue in new tab

Expected Results

The parent issue is opened in new tab consistent with other project types

Actual Results

The Link in the breadcrumb only has # modifier and opens the same issue in the new tab

Notes

As an EXE:
An issue at the path https://BASE_URL.atlassian.net/browse/NEW-1 Will be modified as https://BASE_URL.atlassian.net/browse/NEW-1# when opened in new tab, but WILL NOT redirect to the parent issue when opened in the new tab, It will however redirect to the parent if selected in the same tab.

Workaround

1. Open the issue in new tab to get the second window open
2. then select the parent issue breadcrumb in the second tab to redirect to the desired issue in a second tab
