The notifications sent out to site admins only. For instance, when a user wants to contact a site administrator, and clicks on the Contact Administrator page and leaves a note, or when a user request access to Jira/Confluence and the notification gets sent to all site administrators we would like to change that from going to all site admins, and only to a singular email address.
