Editor toolbar needs to always be visible

      I like the new editor in the new Jira issue view, but it's super annoying that you have to keep scrolling up and down to apply different formatting, like Header 2, then color green.

      Can you make the toolbar "sticky" so it's always visible when I scroll the content?
