Issue Summary

The issue color custom field holds the Epic color. However, in the bulk edit, this field can't be updated.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new next-gen project.
2. Create an Epic.
3. Go to issue navigator and choose bulk edit.
4. In the Edit screen, this field can't be updated.
   

Expected Results

As the next-gen project does not have Epic color, the custom field Issue-color should be editable.

Actual Results

The field is noneditable.

Workaround

Change the color from the edit/view screen.
