Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have Project A with one issue on it (A-1)
2. Have Project B
3. Set A-1 to Done (make the Resolution Done)
4. On B workflow, set post-function to Clear Resolution on To-Do status e.g..
5. Move A-1 (Done) to B (To Do)

Expected Results:

1. The issue would go through the transition on the To-Do status and the post-function would be fired.

Actual Results:
Nothing happens. There is no history of this ticket going through any transition. No post-functions are fired.
