Issue Summary

By accessing a Jira filter, if you click on an issue and open it on the same page, the scroll bar will no longer work if you're using the Old Issue View.

Steps to Reproduce

To reproduce it, you have to have Jira Labs disables on your Personal Settings.

1. Access a Jira filter (the URL will be like: instance_name.atlassian.net/issues/?filter=<filter_id>
2. Click to open an issue at the same page (do not open it on a different page)
3. The URL for this ticket will be like this: instance_name.atlassian.net/browse/<ISSUE_KEY>?filter=<filter_id>

Expected Results

The scroll bar should work as expected

Actual Results

The issue gets stuck and doesn't scroll up or down

Workaround

• Use the New Issue View
• Or open the ticket on a new tab
