Issue color custom field is non editable in create issue screen

Issue Summary

Recently, a new custom field Issue Color was introduced which allows the user to add the custom field to any of the classic screens. Once added user could opt for a color option for any issue types associated with this screen. The user could not choose color while creating issues however color could be changed from the view/edit screen later.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Issue Color to any classic project create issue screen.
2. Go to create issue screen.
3. You will not get the option to choose the color.
   
4. However, in the Edit/View screen you could choose any color.
   

Expected Results

1. Create a screen that should allow opting for color code.

Actual Results

1. Create screen is noneditable for issue color custom field.

Workaround

Use the Edit/View screen to update the color for the issue key in the classic project.
