Issue Summary

Basic search does not display custom field options for Standard issue types. The options are displayed as expected for custom issue types but displays options as expected for custom issue types.

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a Jira project
2) Create 2 custom issue types and add it to the new project along with standard issue types.
4) Create a custom field with multiple options (Checkbox or Select list) and associate a mix of standard and custom issue types to the custom field context. Note that all the custom issue types should not be included that are added to the project.
5) Create a few issues of standard and custom issue type in the project with a value set for the custom field created in step 4.
6) Navigate to basic search. Here we should be able to see the options populated for custom issue type but not standard issue type.

Expected Results

Custom field options should be seen for all issue types within the defined custom field context

Actual Results

Custom field options are not displayed for Standard issue type

Workaround

Use Advanced search JQL to search for standard type issues along with the required custom field option.
