If a project workflow contains field related condition/validator, then the available transitions for the issue are not visible even if the condition/validator is met until the page is manually refreshed

Issue Summary

If a project workflow contains field related condition/validator, then the available transitions for the issue are not visible when the field value is updated to meet the condition/validator until the webpage is manually refreshed

Steps to Reproduce

1) Create a Jira project
2) In the project workflow, add a "Value field" workflow condition:

3) Add the field details as per below example:

4) Save the transition and publish the changes to the workflow
5) Open an issue and confirm that the issue cannot be transitioned as the condition is not met (In this case, story point field is empty)

6) Populate the story point field. The available status transition for the issue is not visible even though the condition is met

Expected Results

The available transitions should be visible in the Jira issue once the field is updated to meet the workflow condition.

Actual Results

The available status transitions are not visible.

Workaround

Refresh the page once the field value is updated to meet the workflow condition to see the available status transitions for the issue.
