Ability to reorder sub-tasks when using Jira Cloud for Mac

      Problem:

      Currently, it's not possible to drag and drop sub-tasks to change its order on Jira Cloud for Mac app.

      Suggestion:

      Add the ability to change sub-tasks order when using the app.
