Have the ability to copy and paste a text with mentions

      Problem

      When you type a "mention format" text on an external service, then copy and paste inside Jira. The "mention" part does not work and just paste as text and not as a mention.

      Suggested resolution

      Create the ability to copy and paste "mention format" texts into Jira.

      Workaround

      Use the old issue view, mentioning the users with the following format:

      [Test user|~accountid:550829:7cg341w7-552f-4613-9b34-c15add9aad17]
