Issue Summary

There is a cascading select list type field that is not working in Basic Search but it working in Advance mode. I have replicated the same in my test instance. I noticed that if I do a basic search for a cascading type filed, the option is not getting selected but if I use advance mode, it is working perfectly fine. I am attaching a screen-recording for your reference.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Global Issue Navigator in Basic Search
2. Click More> select the cascading select type field and choose a select option.
3. In Basic Search, the field option is not getting selected
4. In Advance JQL, the search is working perfectly fine.

Expected Results

We should get the result for Cascading Select List in Basic Search

Actual Results

Not getting the result in the Basic Serch but with Advance JQL, results are proper.

Workaround

1. Please use Advance JQL to search for the Cascading Select List field.
