Enhance wording for Bulk operations error page

      Problem Definition

      Currently, the error page from the bulk operations feature suggests the user check application logs which is something not available for customers in Cloud:

      Suggested Solution

      Change the wording to include a part of the error or a reference to it and a link to the customer can reach out support for further assistance.
