Jira Mac App should be able to configure board settings

      Problem Definition

      When using the Mac app for Jira Cloud, you cannot currently configure any board settings, such as card layout. However this is still something that can be configured in the web interface

      Suggested Solution

      Provide board configuration options within the Mac app.

      Why this is important

      Users want to be able to perform the same configuration options in the mac app that you can in the web interface
