Add IP ranges used by Project automation to send emails to "Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains" page

      On the Atlassian cloud IP ranges and domains page, the IP ranges for Automation for Jira/Project automation are not listed (e.g., 54.240.11.42).

      It would be nice if those IP ranges were added to the article under the Outbound email section.
