Issue Summary
For some customers, when using Chrome, even though all the extensions are disabled and/or using incognito windows, when clicking on "All Issues" (/jira/software/c/projects/<projectKey>/issues?filter=allissues), the issue search does not show all the issues that are part of the project or that are a result from the filter you do.
Steps to Reproduce
This does not happen to all the users that use Chrome browser, so it was not possible to reproduce this. On this cases, the issue needs to be verified during a call meeting with the customer.
Expected Results
You should be able to use the scroll feature to access all the issues:
Actual Results
At first, the scroll bar is correctly shown. However, after some seconds (around 1-2 seconds max) it gets broken, not allowing the user to acccess all the issues:
Workaround
The only workaround by now is to use another browser. We've confirmed that this works fine when using Edge.
