Number of Comments Custom Fields are not displayed on the New Issue View

      Problem Definition

      Currently, if you add a Custom Field of Number of comments type, it is not displayed on the New Issue View.

      Suggested Solution

      Add the ability of the New Issue View to display the Custom Fields of Number of comments type

      Why this is important

      This should enhance greatly the user experience.

      Workaround 

      View the Number of Comments field in the Issue Navigator:
