Advanced Search in issue linking is not available in new issue view

      Problem Description

      While linking issues in new issue view, Advanced search option is not available

      While in old issue view, we can perform the search to filter the related issues and link multiple issues at the same time.

      Suggested Resolution

      Provide Advanced search in issue linking in new issue view.
