Ability to set extra fields when creating issues via email handler

      Problem Definition

      When creating an issue via email handler, there is no option to set fields rather than the essential ones present in Creating issues and comments from email.

      Suggested Solution

      Provide the ability to the mail handler to recognize fields settings from the body of the email.

      Workaround

      None at the moment.
