Drop down custom fields in Create Issue screen cuts off long options

      Summary

      Drop-down custom fields with long options are cut off in the create issue screen.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a drop-down custom field with long options(more than 40 characters).
      2. Create an issue and try to select the corresponding option.

      Expected Results

      The drop-down has sufficient space to display the option.

      Actual Results

      The drop-down option is cut off as the example below:
