Issue Summary

When clicking the subtask link from the parent issue, the subtask does not open in a new tab

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue
2. Create a subtask for 1
3. In 1, click the link to 2 shown in the "Subtask" field

Expected Results

2 opens in a new window

Actual Results

2 opens in the same window

Workaround

Use the context menu to open the link in a new tab
