New issue view - link to a specific comment collapsed just opens the regular issue view, the comment is not focused.

Issue Summary

When we open the link to a specific comment, if the comment is collapsed, it only opens the regular issue view, the comment is not focused.

The ability to link to a specific comment when using the new issue view was implemented on 06 May 2020 according to the improvement request JRACLOUD-70156.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Jira issue with 20+ comments.
2. Copy the link of a collapsed comment.
3. Open the link in a new tab.
4. If the comment is collapsed, it will open the regular issue view, the comment will not be focused.

Expected Results

When we open the link of a collapsed comment, we just see the regular issue view, the comment is not focused.

Actual Results

When we open the link of a collapsed comment, the comment should be expanded and focused.

Workaround

Use the Old Jira Issue View or expand the collapsed comment.
