Attachments containing special characters in the title will not upload

Steps to Reproduce

1. Attach any file with a special character on the name e.g. Test/Image.png

Expected Results

The file should get attached or show a message indicating that it contains invalid characters

Actual Results

The file does not get attached and shows a message indicating to Reload the issue and try again:

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
