Issue Summary

'Assigned to me' filter in the JIRA core boards isn't working for all users. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a business project
2. Create a new task in the business project and assign it to yourself
3. Create a new task in the business project and let it unassigned
4. Click on 'Assigned to me' filter

Expected Results

User should be able to see all the tasks assigned to him/her in the board.

Actual Results

User is not be able to see the new task assigned to him/her. It shows the unassigned issues.

Workaround

Search your name in the filter box or refresh the page as the issue state is (incorrectly) held in the frontend until reload.
