Summary
Sometimes, users might experience performance problems within Jira.
But, there are no metrics that can be analysed from the users' side, which creates the need of contacting the support.
Suggestion
Provide the ability of monitoring such metrics to admins, that way they might not need to contact the Cloud support.
If they see that the metrics are good, they can go ahead and investigate possible environment problems (e.g. network).
