This issue is intermittent

Issue Summary

Whenever a comment is sent with an attachment on it, the image is now shown in the email and shows a broken link. Once you click on the image, the attachment is downloaded.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create an issue and post a comment with an image attached;
2. Wait for the notification.

Expected Results

The images are shown in the email notification.

Actual Results

The images are shown broken, but when you click on it, it is downloadable.

Workaround

• Look for the attachment directly in the issue view.
• Change the Email from in the general configurations (https://<InstanceName>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/ViewApplicationProperties.jspa) to anything different than ${fullname} (Jira).
