Issue Summary

An issue is transitioned from one status to another yet the status of the issue is not changed in the issue history.

In the case of the transition being to a final state with no outgoing transition, no traction options are then available to correct this.

The os_workflow and os_currentstep tables are updated correctly only the issue status in the jiraissue table is not updated.

Steps to Reproduce

N/A: Not reliably replicable due to difficulty in meeting race conditions

Expected Results

The status of the issue should be updated on transition.

Actual Results

The status of the issue is not updated, but the transition can be seen in the issue history.

Workaround

It is possible to use a CSV import to update to correct the status, alternatively please contact Atlassian support who can manually correct this status value for you.
