Allow bulk deletion of screen schemes that are not associated with a project

      Problem Definition

      It is troublesome to manually delete screen schemes that are not associated to any project one by one especially if you have a huge instance that has a lot of screen schemes.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow a functionality in the UI that lets users bulk delete the unused screen schemes.
