Unable to click delete button for group Jira - administrator at Global permission

Issue Summary

After granting the group called Jira - administrator with the Global permission called Create next-gen projects, the Delete button to remove the group from that permission can't be clicked on.

This only applies to the group Jira - administrator currently, so far the delete button for Jira-software users still works.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Head over to your Global Permissions
2. Grant the permission Create next-gen projects to the group Jira - administrator
3. Once the change is applied, attempt to remove the group from that permission by clicking on the Delete button for the group.

Expected Results

The Delete button leads the user to another page which confirms if they would like to remove the group from being granted the permission

Actual Results

Nothing happens, the Delete button can't be click on.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
