Ability to configure Issue collector screen

      Summary:

      Currently, it's not possible to configure the screen of issue collector as in edit which fields to include or use your own screen you created.

      Suggestion: 

      Allow users to configure the screen for issue collectors further or allow users to assign screens to issue collectors
