As a company that uses Jira Service Desk (JSD) for all customer service, we need to be in full control over as many parts of the UI as possible. We need all UI to be translatable and use the wording that matches the communication we choose to have with our customers. This is absolutely vital for companies that wants to be in charge of the customer journey using JSD.
