Why am I allowed to close without warning after adding a tag?

If I add a label via typing it and pressing enter, it should automatically add the label. I should then be able to click Close and save.

Alternatively, if I add a label via typing it and press enter and did not click Add, clicking Close should warn me that I have unsaved labels.
