Hi everyone,
Good news! This bug has been resolved, which means using the ‘jira.permission.createclone.denied’ workflow property no longer removes the Create subtask quick-add action from the new issue view. Go ahead and try it out, and let us know if you have any problems.

Issue Summary
The workflow property 'jira.permission.createclone.denied' gives the ability for users to block the clone creation. When it is set in a status in the workflow, the Clone option is removed from the issues.
However, this is also removing the button to create Subtasks in the new issue view.
Steps to Reproduce
- go to your workflow and add this property to a status and publish
- test with an issue the clone ability

Expected Results
The Clone option is no longer available in the issue menu, as expected.
Actual Results
It is also no longer possible to create subtasks.
Workaround
There is no workaround.
