Display the child issues (formerly "Issues in Epic") progress bar based in estimation instead of status in the Epic view

      It would be great if we could select which field/estimations the progress bar of "Issues in Epic" is based in the Epic view, allowing the user to also select it to be based in Story points or Time Tracking. Today, that bar is based on the statuses of the issues:
