Issue Summary
It is currently not possible to set a default reporter for incoming email handler.
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to the incoming email handler page at https://<domain-name>.atlassian.net/secure/admin/IncomingMailServers.jspa .
- Click on 'Add Incoming Mail Handler'
- 'Default Cloud Mail Server' for the Server field and 'Create a new issue or add comment to an existing issue' for Handler field. Click 'Next'.
- Attempt to add a user to default reporter. Suggestion list will show but clicking on any of the suggestions will not 'add' the selected user to the default reporter field. Attempting to type the full name of the user to the default reporter and saving changes will result in the default reporter not being saved.
Expected Results
Default reporter should be added after clicking on the user suggestion list.
Actual Results
Default reporter is not added after clicking on the user suggestion list. Attempting to save with the user full name in the default reporter also results in the default reporter value being ignored.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
