Issue Summary
The project name isn't displayed on the workflow scheme if the project was moved to the trash (recycle bin), but the workflow scheme keeps active.
Steps to Reproduce
- Associate a project to a particular workflow.
- Move the project to trash.
Expected Results
The deleted project is shown in the list of associated projects next to the workflow scheme.
Actual Results
The deleted project does not show up in the workflow scheme admin page, however, the scheme is still considered active and Jira will not allow deletion.
Workaround
Due to the high risk of catastrophic accidental data loss, we recommend that you do not try to work around this issue.
If you really want to delete such a workflow, you should move all linked projects to the Trash and then fully delete them from the Trash page.
There is currently no way to figure out which deleted projects are linked to any particular workflow, so you will need some trial-and-error to make sure you get all of them. Alternatively, you may purge the entire recycle bin. PLEASE be careful when doing this, as all the data deleted this way is impossible to recover.
