Issue Summary

When users try to select a user in the User Workload Report, the autocomplete feature doesn't work and it isn't possible to use the report

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a project and add issues to it
2. Log work in some issues
3. In the project's view, click Reports > User Workload Report
4. Start typing the name of your user and click the suggestion option

Expected Results

The user is selected and you can see the report

Actual Results

The user isn't selected and you cannot use the report.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
