Description
Hello everyone! We realized that this request was a duplicate of https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-63388 and we have decided to merge them to keep the feedback in a single place, and also ensure we are tracking the number of teams affected by this more accurately. We have already considered all the cases reported here at JRACLOUD-63388. Please feel free to watch that issue instead of this one.
Issue Summary
When exporting issues that contain inward issue link, there is no column for Inward issue link in the export .csv file.
Steps to Reproduce
- Create issue A and B
- Link issue A to B (e.g relates to link)
- Search for issue A and B in issue navigator
- Export these issues by using Export Excel CSV via the export feature
Expected Results
The CSV file should have both Inward issue link and Outward issue link_
Actual Results
The CSV file contains only Outward issue link
Workaround
Alternatively, you can use Jira Cloud for Sheets as it exports the "Linked Issues" field the way it appears on the JQL Filter.
