Add Radio Button custom field to team-managed projects

      Problem

      Currently, there are few custom fields available for next-gen projects. 

      Suggestion

      Add Radio button custom field since it's a better option for JAWS and NVDA screen readers and it will benefit users who are blind or have low visibility.
