Issue Summary

Webhook does not trigger for 'convert to subtask' issue operation despite being configured to listen to issue update event.

Note : Conversion from subtask to task also does not trigger webhook.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new issue in a JIRA project.
2. Create a new webhook that listens to issue update event.
   
3. Convert the newly created issue in step 1 to a subtask

Expected Results

Webhook is triggered due to the an issue update event (changing of issue type).

Actual Results

No webhook is triggered.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
