Issue Summary

When adding attachments, if the attachment screen is open for more than 60 minutes, any new attachments won't be attached to the issue, even if no errors are displayed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the attachment screen;
2. Wait for 61 minutes;
3. Try to attach an issue.

Expected Results

A message will be displayed informing that the attachment can no longer be added or the attachment will be added as expected.

Actual Results

The attachment seems to be added, but when refreshing the issue, the file is not there.

Workaround

Before attaching a file, close the attachment screen and reopen it.
