Display issue key once the issue is created via Issue collector despite project's permissions

Summary

Due to a fix released to a bug (Issue Collectors won't work for clients using Chrome 80 which enables new samesite cookie controls), the issue collector will only display the issue key if the project's access is set to Public.

Now, only the following pop-up will be displayed:

Suggestion

Implement a feature that will make the issue collector display the issue key despite the project being public or not.

Workarounds

Use E-mail this issue to send a notification to users in the create issue transition of the workflow associated with the issue collector project.

Use Service Desk as it allows interaction between external users with more robust functionality.
