Issue Summary

The GIPHY is not showing up on the Activity Stream gadget of the dashboards

Steps to Reproduce

1. Insert any GIPHY to an issue
2. Go to the Dashboard where the Activity Stream gadget is configured and it will show all GIPHY added as Unable to embed resource

Expected Results

Show GIPHY added to the issue correctly
