Issue Summary

Using the Multi-user custom fields doesn't show profile card on hover

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Multi-user field or use a field such as "Request Participant" (Service Desk field)
2. Hover on the field

Expected Results

The Profile card should pop out

Actual Results

Nothing pops out.

Workaround

Using the Old Issue view seems to work here.
