Issue Summary

When moving a ticket from a project to another one that has a custom field with a default value, it shows as None instead of the correct value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a default value for an issue type (Next-gen project).
2. Move an issue from another project.

Expected Results

The default value will be selected, with no need to edit.

Actual Results

The value is None and the user must select the value.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
