"Open in Microsoft Excel" button on filters page doesn't work in case of old jira.com domain

      UPDATE

      The internal bug is fixed, Open in Microsoft Excel should work now for jira.com domains.

      Issue Summary

      Trying to open a filtered query in an Excel sheet directly by using the "Open in Microsoft Excel" icon on the top right corner of the "Filter issues" page results in a blank pop-up with no info on it.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Open a filter
      2. Click on the Open in Microsoft Excel" icon

      Expected Results

      The results of the filter opens in an Excel sheet

      Actual Results

      a blank pop-up with no info on it

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behaviour. A workaround will be added here when available.

      There is an internal bug being fixed soon.
